Fingers Crossed...Skindred for SS-20
I was listening to Skindred's latest album, which I got the other day, I was quite a fan of their first album which I first heard in Metal clubs that I used to go to in Romford and forgot all about them, found out they had a new album out and decided to get it.
'Roots, Rock, Riot', ah tis a great album and a few songs that played I knew I wanted to have on Canvas. The first was 'State of Emergency' and then later I heard 'Killing Me' and the more I listened to that song I started imagining the film working around it.
So I have decided to get in touch with both the band and their record company. I have nothing to really offer in terms of money, I am quite poor now having replaced my laptop but I have offered to advertise the album on the site. To be honest it would be great to have the song on the album as Skindred are a UK band trying something new and different and making it work incredibly well.
It would be cool to have that on top of the SS-20 footage which I think would be deserving of this music.
I will let you know when I hear something about it.
